About Us
Westover Hills Presbyterian Preschool is housed in the education Building of the Westover Hills Presbyterian Church.
The Preschool uses the Arkansas State Benchmarks and the Kindergarten Readiness Indicators as a foundation for the skills that are taught through thematic topics of study. In addition, we have adopted the Adventures in Learning Curriculum and the Creative Curriculum Resource Guide.
Our classrooms are set up in a learning center format. This allows children to learn through a hands-on approach incorporating play to acquire a quality early childhood experience. Students spend the majority of their day interacting in carefully planned activities.
Westover Hills Preschool is committed to the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children. It provides an optimum pupil-teacher ratio striving to meet children's interests and needs through numerous developmentally appropriate activities.
